Getting started is simple. Complete our confidential intake form through the Begin Intake button — it takes just a few minutes. A clinician will review your information and follow up using your preferred contact method to discuss next steps and scheduling.
No, you can submit the intake form as a guest. However, signing in with Google or Apple allows us to auto-fill your basic information, making the process even faster.

Services & Counseling
We offer individual and group therapy sessions for a range of concerns including depression, anxiety, trauma, substance use, postpartum support, re-entry support, and life transitions. Our services are tailored to each client's unique needs.
We provide care for children, adolescents, adults, and veterans. Each population receives age-appropriate, trauma-informed care delivered by experienced clinicians.
Individual therapy offers one-on-one, personalized sessions focused entirely on your needs. Group therapy brings together individuals with shared experiences in a supportive setting facilitated by a clinician. Both approaches are effective and can be recommended based on your goals.
Standard sessions are typically 50–55 minutes. The frequency and duration of therapy are discussed and agreed upon between you and your clinician based on your needs and goals.
The length of therapy varies for each person. Some clients find benefit in short-term therapy (6–12 sessions), while others engage in longer-term work. Your clinician will discuss a plan tailored to your goals and reassess progress regularly.
Telehealth & Virtual Sessions
Virtual sessions are conducted through a secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform. You'll receive a private link to join your session from any device with a camera, microphone, and internet connection. No special software is needed.
We currently provide virtual sessions for clients residing in Louisiana (LA), Texas (TX), and Florida (FL). Telehealth appropriateness will be determined by the clinician during the initial assessment.
Yes, for the best therapeutic experience and to protect your confidentiality, we recommend joining sessions from a quiet, private space where you won't be interrupted.
Research shows that telehealth is highly effective for a wide range of mental health concerns. Many clients find virtual sessions equally beneficial and appreciate the convenience and comfort of receiving care from home.
Insurance & Payment
We accept self-pay and certain insurance plans. During the intake process, you can indicate your preferred payment method. If you select insurance, we'll ask for your provider details to verify coverage.

We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or missed sessions may be subject to a fee at the clinician's discretion. We understand emergencies happen and address them on a case-by-case basis.
Privacy & Confidentiality
Absolutely. All information shared during counseling sessions is protected under applicable laws and ethical guidelines. We follow HIPAA standards to safeguard your protected health information (PHI).
Yes, by law, confidentiality exceptions include: imminent risk of harm to yourself or others, suspected abuse of a minor or vulnerable adult, and court orders. Your clinician will review these exceptions with you during your first session.
